UCPori provides degree and exchange students with a wide range of services and activities. In addition to the below listed services, there are library services, services coordinated by the Service Center (keys, WLAN) and activities coordinated by the Student Association.

Electronic exam

There is an electronic exam room at the UCPori. Please leave ALL your belongings in the lockers outside the room. You are NOT allowed to bring into the exam room your phone, jacket, bag, note paper, dictionaries etc.! The room has recording video surveillance.

The campus restaurant Sofia is a popular meeting point for students and staff. Students are entitled to a discount on meals. See

Sports and culture

Pori offers a broad selection of sports and cultural activities that help exchange students integrate into the campus community. Sports services are available for students either free of charge or at a reduced rate through Pointer. Pori is a great place for skiing, swimming, canoeing, hiking and surfing among many other adventures.

Or maybe you are a good writer and interested in becoming a member of the UCPoriNews Editorial Board? You can become a reporter for UCPoriNews and get paid for published articles. You are also welcome to join the Student Theatre, which is open to everyone interested in acting, set design, make-up and other related activities.

Finnish languange
