Keys and access

All full time students of University Consortium of Pori (UCPori) are allowed to get a personal electronic key to the premises of UCPori. You have access rights only to the premises in which the electric key lets you go.

The electric key costs 20 € (pawn fee). You can get your key & PIN code from the Service Desk in the main lobby. Take ID card with you! The pawn fee will be paid back when you return the key.

, or contact the Service Centre (= the Information Desk of UCPori). Access control system will cause an alert if you walk against your access rights. All alert fees will be charged from the person who causes the alert.

NOTE! Due to renovations, access to the premises will be restricted from 18.5.2026 onwards. Please note construction sites and other areas where access is prohibited. Follow the instructions.

EXCEPTIONS TO NORMAL ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
-Main doors (Pohjoisranta 11A) open again from Mon 24.8.2026 on weekdays from 07.30am to 16pm.
- Other external doors (Pohjoisranta 11C and Kutomonaukio) open Mon-Thu 7.30am to 17.30pm
and Fri 7.30am to 16.30pm.
- Access to classes 107, 108 and room 109 only via the Pohjoisranta 11 C staircase, to other rooms from the main doors or the doors facing Kutomonaukio.
- When the main doors are closed, access to the lobby and its facilities is via the stairs on the 2nd floor.
- Everyone must be out of the premises at this time before 9 pm!

​​​​A personal electronic key is still required for use of certain facilities and evening access.
